The Duke Tower Society honors alumni and friends who have included Duke in their estate or retirement plans or have made some other type of planned gift to Duke. 

As a member of the Duke Tower Society, you will receive a Tower Society certificate, will be invited to a special luncheon on campus each year, occasional regional events, and can elect to receive our quarterly Duke Blueprints e-newsletter. 

Duke is the university we know today because James Buchanan Duke had the foresight and great expectations for a college he cared for and a keen sense of how to manage his assets to ensure his family’s financial well-being. He defined his bequest during his lifetime, and it produced what he had planned. You, too, can have a meaningful impact on the future of this university by supporting Duke with a planned gift. There is no question that such giving is as vital to the university’s future as it was in its past.
